CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON On April 14, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 16900 block of West Lake Houston Parkway. The driver was identified as Murry Mcclain. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of a loaded semi-automatic firearm and marijuana. “Murry Mcclain was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 15.â€- Constable Mark Herman
