On June 20, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 12200 block of Drummond Maple Drive in reference to a suspicious male at the location. Upon deputies arriving, they quickly located the male suspect.

While deputies were attempting to get the males information, he became combative and refused to provide any information. He refused verbal commands given to him by Constable Deputies.

As deputies attempted to detain him, he resisted and a brief struggle ensued. A Constable Deputy utilized his department issued taser and safety detained the suspect and identified his as Michael Watson, who was found to have an open Misdemeanor Warrant for Criminal Trespass.

While being evaluated by EMS at the scene, he spat on a deputy causing him to come into contact with his saliva.
“Michael Watson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassment of a Public Servant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time.”- Constable Mark Herman
