I didn't know that about sugar snap peas! My daughter loves them! I grow them every winter and she loves picking them off the vine and eating them.
I just picked some up at the store the other day cause she was asking for some. And asking when we can plant seeds.

Trader Joes has great cauliflower rice in the freezer section. I use to stock up cause it's so easy and healthy and a great substitute for rice.
