The burns are pretty bad! I can't believe she went down it more than once!

Catmae : Nationally ranked playgrounds do not take incompetence into consideration. Most of those newer playground don't have shade.

Let me guess....Lawsuit coming, playground to be torn down soon afterward?.... Then there will only be "virtual slide" on the internet, perhaps an app you can "subscribe" to for your kids and pay MONTHLY?..... As kids, me and my generation played on mostly metal playground equipment usually in full sun during certain parts of the day.....We knew when the slides were "too hot" and used very "high tech" methods to cool them off back then like WATER....Or, we slide down on a towel or other "smart" item..... Bumps, Bruises, Cuts, Abrasions, Blisters, Burns, etc......NEVER made the news from us....Those were BATTLE SCARS and worn proudly!....Even used to "keep score" for playground bragging rights......We'd lick those wounds and come back for more the next day!..... GOOD TIMES!.... No "powder-puff" kids back then......
