ParksideRes : Might be, but if there is where we choose to enforce the law, I think we aren't looking at the bigger picture. I believe they have a catering license.
Maxsmom : because it's so rare people actually buy this stuff. Plus people will blame ANY illness on fastfood very quickly. It's convenient.

@cousindan : I am from Louisiana too - my best friend's family owned Mam Papauls and I would eat at any of his or my relatives houses over the Cajun restaurants in the area. Guess we just have differing opinions born on the other side of the state near Lake Charles.
@mastiffrex : Oh absolutely! I don't think I said anything about food safety. That wasn't an issue for me. I said it looked good.

@RajunCajun : We were at Luby's years ago & I had a large Roach on my food . I picked up my fork Looked at my plate & began screaming & so did both our girls .

mastiffrex : My dh was born and raised in New Orleans. I would eat in any of those NO kitchens. His mother was spotless everyone we knew was spotless. I've never heard of something so ridiculous
