I've had really great luck with Xfinity. They weren't an option in our area until very recently, but they are much better than what we had with CenturyLink.

@The Sicilian : Do they still offer home internet? That's got to be the slowest provider in Texas.

Sounds like I need to start shopping around for a new provider. We've had CenturyLink for many years so their speed is all we know.

@The Sicilian : My router/wifi from them is working but I cant get into my email account with them. Online chat stated they were having issues in my area(KW Glen). Supposed to call us back when its "fixed" around 0700 tomorrow.

@sandman was right, CenturyLink is slow. We never had anything to compare it to as we've had CenturyLink for years. The fastest service they offer in our area is 20 mbps. Now we're going to have 1000 mbps! We're switching everything over; internet, 7 TV's, home phone and cell phones. Plus it's shaving roughly $60/month off the bill.
They're coming out next Wednesday to install.

@The Sicilian : If they hadn't one out someone else would. My BIL has Comcast and it is always down. That's why we have C-Link now, got sick of the C-Cast BS, their no shows and pricing. Now it drops me all day or runs slow. I have no idea what internet is perfect as I don't think there is one. Good luck with Xfinity, I hope it works out. Just beware that when the promotion runs out they start sending the $400 bill for the combo pack.

Yes, I figured the price would jump after the promotion period. I'm currently paying $380ish with CenturyLink. Anxious to have faster internet.
We did decide to stay with AT&T for the cell phones. They are giving us a better deal than Xfinity offered on 6 phones with unlimited everything and we've been happy with their service.
