I went there a couple weeks back and was stocked by the manager while I looked around. She absolutely would not leave me alone until I told her I was fine and did not need any assistance. They need to step up their game!

Went to Toys R Us Friday night around 10pm to pick up the items that I bought on-line. I would have just had them shipped, but I wanted to make sure that I was going to get them on time for Christmas. Wow....they have some useless teenagers/young 20's with attitudes working there. Chewing gum like a cow, playing with their hair, couldn't answer simple questions. Ugh. I wanted to smack her. As for the adult males working there- they were much better, polite, and helpful.By the way, if you ever do the store pick-up option after paying on-line, you have to go to the back by the baby registry to pick up. There are no signs indicating where to go, and the girls with attitude working the cash registers are clueless.I started working retail at the age of 15, and all throughout college. I could never imagine treating customers like that and projecting such a poor image. My butt would have been fired.
