For the state parks in Texas if you pay to camp there do you also have to pay the entrance fee? Or how does that whole entrance fee work?

yes you pay a camping fee and an entrance fee at state parks. We usually get a state parks pass.

Craw do you just need one park pass for the vehicle or does each person need a park pass? The entrance fee each individual pays is that correct?

Last time I was camping was at the Calaveras State park near San Antonio. I was not concerned about accomadation but just wanted to hit the small boats where I got my limit of Catfish and strippers.www.wildtexas.com/te xas-parks/calaveras- lake-park

Another cool place I have been to is Choke Canyon State Park near Three Rivers. I usually go here for fishing but I stayed overnight just watch out for hogs.
