Boil Water Notice ..

Catmae : Sorry girl. That is annoying.

Not all of Eagle springs but mud 106 is under a boil water notice too. I am in Eagle Springs North and am under the notice.

Catmae : Add three fingers of a good bourbon to your ice and it will be just fine.....

Catmae turn the off behind the refg. Don't use any ice and there won't be any reason it to call for water.

MUD 106 and 290 must get their water from the same source. Both are giving the same reason for the Boil notice.

Itsme : I found the switch inside, upper left back on the ice maker. My question is, can I use the ice that's there, if it was made long before the notice?

Smokeybear : Would that work if I also add Coke?

I've done this before. I would dump the ice until you get the go-ahead that it is clear.

RajunCajun : Man, not only do I not want to do this, but it's difficult for me to get the "ice tub" out of the fridge. Maybe I'll just scoop out a little at a time to make it lighter. I do have a bag of ice in my big freezer out in the garage. I bought it after Hurricane Beryl for an emergency. I could just put some of that inside to use.

drmfalcon7 : This is good to know. My notice came from management of The Fordham (where I live). If the Boil Water Notice changes status, my management won't let us know until tomorrow, since it's after hours.If it's not too much trouble, can you post on here if you get a notice saying we are no longer required to Boil?? Thanks!!
