I am always looking for that something different to cook during competition so I try it at home first. I have the ribs, brisket and chicken down but always looking for a new “open” category. I could get behind that (especially if the jalapenos are really hot!). Looks yummy! Trumped up grilled jalapeno poppers!

Your right their web site is down now and working on it. I was just on there this morning.
12 Jalapenos
12 slices of bacon
24 little smokies
1 package of cream cheese
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Sweet BBQ Sauce= Hot raspberry BBQ sauce
I use the Fischer & Wieser Razzpotle Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce from Krogers

Looks delicious but I would change the name!!
