Not the best footage, but certainly appears that he is struggling to get something from under his shirt. Most people wouldn't run from the police if they have nothing to hide... IMO 😚

Sad that he was not smart enough to know he couldn't out shoot a deputy. If he wasn't guilty of anything he would be home today. I do believe this is a different world than when I was raising my son.

I'm going to be real, without knowing all of the details. This is solely based on my suspicion, now validated by the video. If you wear properly fitted clothing, you don't have to worry about grabbing your waistband to hold your pants up. And it looks like he was turning around to see the distance between him and the trigger happy cop.

They were pulled over for suspected drug activity. What could you be doing while driving? I guess they could have been passing a joint .There are some already questioning the event.
