Here's my 1 cup Peanut Butter Cookies. My grandson says "they are the best!" and begs me for them every year.
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
Mix and bake at 375 for 15 mins or until they look dry enough (so the won't break apart)
