Does anyone know an exterminator that is affordable and reliable? If so, what's the information?

Ballard's Pest Control in Kingwood. We've used them for many years. Good people and locally owned.

We use Cox Pest Control... I think they're in New Caney.

I spray my baseboards about every six months with Demon WP. All I see is dead, belly up roaches.

I agree with mrb,

I spray demon wp but only outside in tye weepholes and cracks in the bricks. If you watch the exterminators thats all they do. No bug problems and it lasts 4-6months. Demon is likely what they will use on quarterly maintenance plan.
