Animals Dumped at Lake Houston Bridge On the news, it said someone is doing this purposely and stealing people's pets. Lord, PLEASE let the police catch the mentally disturbed criminal who is doing this because people do NOT play about their pets. It's either him or the pets and people will choose their fur babies.
