Aggravated Robbery Suspect Arrested in Atascocita

On March 19, 2026, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a driver passed out behind the wheel in a moving lane of traffic in the 12500 block of Will Clayton Parkway.

Upon arrival, the deputy located the vehicle and identified the driver as Quadarian McClain. During the investigation, it was determined that McClain had an active warrant for Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.

McClain was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the outstanding warrant. His bond has not been set at this time through the 338th District Court.

We'll see how the new bonding and sentencing laws play out. I'm sure some judges are trying to figure out a way to get the felons back on the streets.
