They need to mow by chase bank before someone gets killed again pulling out. Chase said they mow their part. Why can they keep things mowed

Lakelady : I got bored and looked up the Harris County appraisal district. The lot between Chase and West Lake Houston parkway is indeed owned by the same owner as the Chase building as one parcel. The lot out back next to the drainage ditch is Harris County flood control.

It's not to the right as you pull out it's to the left coming out of drive through. Chase does not own easement they said they mow their part each week

Lakelady : There is no HOA there. Even it if I believed it wasn't mine, I would still have it mowed because because it reflects on my business.
