7 Brew going in somewhere around Kroger on WLHP

I saw a 7 Brew drive thru coffee shop (never heard of it, I guess its kind of like dutch bros) is going in at: 19250 W Lake Houston Pkwy Humble, TX 77346 - which is the same shopping center as Kroger.

Since it is a drive-thru type place, I'm wondering where they're going to put it?? Construction starts next month, per the TDLR TABS page.

No, the address is in the Kroger lot.

It has to be out in the parking lot somewhere. They are free standing buildings.
