Driver Taken Into Custody After Reported Hit-and-Run in Atascocita A driver accused of leaving a crash near the 6300 block of FM 1960 Road was found nearby and taken into custody, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office. Precinct 4 said deputies responded to a reported hit-and-run and learned that one of the drivers had left the scene. Deputies quickly located that driver in the area. The agency's post did not identify the driver or list any charges. The allegations remain unproven, and the individual is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
