DWI Arrest After Traffic Stop in Atascocita Leads to a Potential Second Charge Deputy Cappadona pulled over a driver for speeding in the 6900 block of FM 1960 Road East, Constable Mark Herman's Office reported. The driver showed signs of intoxication during the investigation and was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Additional charges for unlawful carrying of a weapon are also now pending. An arrest does not establish guilt. The charge remains an allegation.
