Man Arrested on FM 1960 in Atascocita Over DWI and Alleged Hit-a
Man Arrested on FM 1960 in Atascocita Over DWI and Alleged Hit-and-Run An adult man arrested early yesterday morning, October 11th in the 6100 block of FM 1960 Road East also had outstanding warrants for Criminal Mischief and Possession of a Controlled Substance, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office. The office said deputies arrested him for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Failure to Stop and Give Information. The allegations and warrants are not proof of guilt, and an arrest is not a conviction.
