Juvenile Hospitalized After Being Struck While Riding Electric Scooter to School in Atascocita A juvenile was transported to a local hospital this morning, October 1st, after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter to school in Atascocita, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Deputies responded to the 18200 block of Eagle Springs Parkway near Grand Teton Trail, where they began investigating the auto-pedestrian crash. Constable Mark Herman's Office said the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. The juvenile was transported by EMS for treatment. Additional information regarding the juvenile's condition has not been released. The investigation remains ongoing.

Schools need to have assemblies to address this.

It's only a matter of time. We only see action when there are multiple fatalities. WAKE UP, PARENTS!!!
Pretty sure the kids are not hoofing it to the store and buying those scooter and minibikes themselves. Maybe start taking action against the people supplying them.
