Three Detained, One Suspect Still Wanted After Atascocita SearchA late-night search for an evading suspect brought a heavy law enforcement presence to the 19500 block of Atasca Oaks Drive on September 20th, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office. Precinct 4 said deputies responded around 10:00 PM to a suspicious vehicle call. Authorities allege the driver fled on foot when deputies arrived. Three males were apprehended during the investigation, while a fourth suspect remained outstanding.Deputies established a perimeter and searched the area with assistance from DPS Air Support, a Precinct 4 drone and a Constable K-9. The perimeter was later collapsed after the outstanding suspect was not located. Precinct 4 said the man has been positively identified and deputies will continue working to find and apprehend him.Any charges or criminal allegations connected to the incident remain accusations unless proven through the legal process.
