Sandbags on WLHP

Not sure if it was discussed here, but the sandbags they left strewn along WLHP after doing that sewer work last month are disintegrating and look gross.

So gross, I sent an email to like 10 people and got a response that they are to be removed this coming week.

I've grown too cynical to take them at their word, so I guess we will see. All in all, I just wanted to let anyone bothered by it know it *might* be remedied soon.

@Daaaaaave: Thanks for taking the initiative to contact the folks who may be able to do something about it. But like you said, we'll see.
