Family pleads for help finding missing 14-year-old Olivia "Reese" Arvidson-Tolar
CONROE, Texas - "We just want her found safe."That's the plea from the family of 14-year-old Olivia "Reese" Arvidson-Tolar, who disappeared from a relative's home in Conroe Sunday night.Olivia, who is known to many family members and friends as Reese, was staying at a relative's home in the April Sound area, according to her aunt, Kelly Tolar. She was last seen around 10 p.m. Sunday and is believed to have left sometime between 10 and 11 p.m. Her family realized she was gone around 2 a.m. Monday."We just want her found safe," Tolar said. "We just wanna know she's OK and we just want her home safe."Tolar described her niece as a "sweet, loving, caring girl" who loves skateboarding, grunge and rock music and spending time with her friends. She said Olivia has her own unique style, often changes her hair color and currently has a nose ring and slits in her eyebrows."She is just a wonderful little girl," Tolar said.Tolar said Olivia has struggled in recent years following the death of her 22-year-old brother in a car crash three years ago. Her family is particularly worried because she does not have her medication with her and has previously struggled with her mental health. Although Olivia has left home without permission before, Tolar said those instances were very different. Her family typically located her within about an hour."She has never gone this long without contacting anyone," Tolar said.The family has received information that Olivia may have gotten a ride to the Klein/Tomball area after leaving Conroe, but they have not been able to confirm where she went. Her phone is currently off or dead, according to Tolar.Family members have been putting up flyers in Conroe, Spring, Klein and Tomball as they try to determine where she could be. Tolar said Texas EquuSearch has also been contacted, but the family does not yet have a definitive area to search.Olivia previously attended Creekside Park Junior High and recently began attending Klein Oak High School, according to her aunt. Tolar said Olivia's family wants her to know one thing if she sees their messages."We want her to know that we love her. She's not in trouble," Tolar said.
