Be careful going to Taco Bell (#002851), 7126 FM 1960 Rd. E, Humble, TX 77346. Yesterday my daughter and I went to get her something to eat after work (after 3 pm). The cashier at Taco Shell took it upon herself to ROUND UP our total amount of $11.22 to $12.00 without even asking if I wanted to ROUND UP. Giving to their charity is and should be voluntary. When I got up to the drive-thru window I handed the cashier exactly $11.22 and she proceeded to tell me that I owed $0.78 more which puzzled me because the drive-thru screen stated the total of $11.22. It did not dawn on me that she rounded up so I gave her a benefit of a doubt and gave her another dollar. Besides my daughter was tired and just wanted to go home and eat her food. When I got home, I found the receipt and reviewed it. It was NOT an error on the price or the fact that tax had been forgotten to be charged (on the $11.22). Sure enough, the cashier took it upon herself to ROUND UP when nobody had asked or had gotten my permission to do so. No, $0.78 is not a lot of money, but it is the principle of it! It is my money, ALONE, and I will decide what I want to do with it! I found what the employee at Taco Bell did extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and very dishonest. So, if you go grab a taco and/or a drink, watch them very carefully and do not allow them to do that to you. And, yes, I filed a complaint.  Note: I had to go the following web page in order to find Taco Bell's complaint form as when I went to the Taco Bell website, the Contact page seemed to be "broken" ---
