Harris County launches Priority Pass to speed up vehicle registr

Seems like you go thru all that online forms before you go up there, you could just renew it online. Mine was 3 months past due and I still just renewed it online and got the sticker mailed to me. Only have to go up there if its past a year I believe. Every time I go up there it is usually packed with people doing title transfers and have problems with something else. Don't know how this is going to fix anything but I am sure some buddy of someones got paid.
