Suspicious Person Call in Atascocita Leads to Drug Arrest 
On May 6, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a suspicious person call in the 5700 block of FM 1960 Rd. E. The suspect was identified as Troy Turner. During the investigation, deputies recovered approximately 3.5 grams of methamphetamine from the Turner’s pockets. Troy Turner was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $10,000 by the 178th District Court
