IT IS MY OPINION....these roads and instructions etc.... are still not correct

Looks like auto insurance premiums for folks living in that area will be going up even more soon.....

People really push the redlights at that intersection and WLHP. I've sat there with a greenlight and watched 3 vehicles pass in front of me. If I had left on green or had my view blocked by a truck next to me...BAM!!!

@Smokeybear : That's exactly the problem there. That and people exiting the Best Buy parking lot block traffic at that light, and it backs up down Atascocita Road so much, people feel the need to rush that light.

@Smokeybear : That's what is good about roundabouts. Our parish is putting more and more of them in instead of red lights. A lot of people gripe about them. I love them. There are uninformed people who still don't have the hang of them and cause accidents. But they slow traffic. I'm told that the result is more accidents (largely because people improperly use them) but less fatalities because people have to slow rather than speed up to get through a light. I like them because it keeps traffic flowing rather than sitting at a light. We went to Barbados years ago. They had all roundabouts except for one light. That was on the entire island.
