Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest in Atascocita 
On March 31, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4800 block of Gypsy Forest Drive.
During the investigation, the driver, identified as Orlando Williams-Ricardson, was found to be in possession of 0.40 grams of cocaine.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Jail. Orlando Williams-Ricardson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $2,000 by the 482nd District Court, according to Constable Mark Herman.
