Centerpoint Gas Meter Not Reading

Centerpoint Gas Meter Not Reading
Centerpoint came out and did necessary repairs in our area back in October and our gas meter has not registered any gas usage since. I've called them every two weeks that results in wonderful phone conversations but no actions. Anybody else having an issue?
