Wouldn't that be the first place the winds will damage should a major Hurricane hit the upper coast?....Yeah....Knock out the power plant that was suppose to be a "savior" right away.....

EddyFree : It's only an expansion of existing facility. It'll be the fifth generating unit there.

A unit from scratch elsewhere works be even more $
