I am Lakewood Pines and very curious to compare our HOA dues. I see a discussion from years ago and would love it if there is a way everyone can update their info!? Residents pay 850 I think on the 'non' gate side and the gate side has been paying almost 1200. ??

mipw2k : ALSO, curious; is it common to pay more if you ahve a 'gate'? There is much debate about why the dues are not equal. Gate was paid for by the builder so its jsut maintenance ...but pool, splashpad are on non gate side!
