FM 1960 and W Lake Houston Pkwy - major accident involving multi

ATASCOCITA, Texas (KTRK) -- A Humble ISD school bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Atascocita on Tuesday, according to the fire department.The Atascocita Fire Department said the crash happened on West Lake Houston Parkway near FM 1960 East.Officials said the school bus wasn't carrying any students at the time of the crash.The bus driver and five people from other vehicles that were involved were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the fire department.Firefighters posted about the crash on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying that two other people were treated at the scene but declined to be taken to the hospital.It's unclear what led to the crash, and further details weren't disclosed.

That is where we all had a discussion about two months ago about the turn lanes and the north and south lanes going head on in to each other, I was stuck in that mess to a few minutes.

This crossing is beyond dangerous. They need better signs and markings on the pavement.

Funny. About that time last year, buses were running South from the Bus barn in Kingwood. This bus is facing north on the SB lanes. Damage to the bus doesn't look that bad so wouldn't suspect the bus got pushed around... Usually it's easy to figure out an accident scene but not this one!

Idk how people drive with crap on their dashboard. It would drive me crazy.

I watched this live. It had nothing to do with road markings or signs, and everything to do with running a red light. I'm not sure which did it (I think it was the guy driving the inframark truck/trailer), but one of them definitely entered the intersection when they weren't supposed to.
