It smells weird outside

These days it's probably weed.

Daaaaaave : I've had that from time to time here in Kingwood and yeah...really hard to describe.

Smells like something died.

I think it's almost like burning metal (copper) but more sour.

Daaaaaave: Yikes! That sounds electrical! Either that or welding/light manufacturing smells from an area business. We used to get that smell from a small foundry when we lived in Iowa but only if the breeze was from a favorable direction.

Here a great while back I came to my home from an outing with my daughter and when I got out of the vehicle I declared oh my someone hit a skunk and she informed me it wasn't skunk but weed. It surprises me as to how often now people are smoking weed. I'm really naive.
