WANTED FELON ARRESTED FOR USING A CHILD AS A HUMAN SHIELD AGAINST A TASER! On May 9, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to a disturbance in the 10900 block of Mist Lane. Upon arriving, the suspect tried to close the door on the deputies.Constable deputies were able to enter the residence but he refused to comply with verbal commands and resisted. Deputies utilized a department issued taser in an attempt to detain him. He then grabbed his 13 year old child and pulled him in front of his body as he was being tased. The child was not hurt and the suspect was apprehended. He was found to have an open felony warrant for Continuous Family Violence out of Harris County. Child Protective Services were contacted and advised the facts of this case."He was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Child Endangerment and the open felony warrant.
