Why didn't they drop the name of the scammer?

West-Tex : This is just sickening. That poor woman thinking she's got her house for her and her kids to live in and she's just been scammed. I hope they can find who did this. But I don't have any confidence in that at all.

People are also having to go to court to get their own properties back after someone illegally moves into their home and has the ownership changed to their name at the courthouse. How is that even possible? There needs to be stricter laws of proving property ownership, so that these scammers don't get away with things like this. 🤨
