Upon deputies arriving, the male involved in the disturbance was identified as Levon Riley.Further investigation revealed that he had an open Misdemeanor Warrant and an open Felony Warrant for Fraud out of Burleson County. "Levon Riley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
