Deputy Recovers Stolen Vehicle and Apprehends SuspectCONSTABLES RECOVER A STOLEN VEHICLE AND ARREST SUSPECT On June 2, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office was alerted by FLOCK of a stolen pick up truck traveling through the 8400 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road W. The deputy located the vehicle at a nearby McDonald’s parking lot and observed the suspect exit the vehicle. The suspect was safely detained and identified as Bobby McCullah. The vehicle was returned to the owner. "Bobby McCullah was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $25,000.00 out of the 263rd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
