@LivinLife : We only twirled fire batons on homecomings ... I hated it. Not sure when you used them, but the ones we used had to soak in gasoline and wrap the end in aluminum foil. I kept mine under the stairs at my house, but it seemed like I could always smell the gas. It could have been Kerosine, instead of gasoline. I was just a teen.

@westie : Hand stands are awesome!! I never could do them as a kid, but when my children were young, we had a house build with a huge living room (it was actually a living room/dining room combined, but we used it all as living room). I had so much room, I would practice hand stands and cartwheels every night!! I finally got it down, and was so proud of myself!!

@TheStig : I don't know about @LivinLife , but when I tossed it real high, and then did two or three spins before I caught it, I would get dizzy and that would cause me to miss it. If I got too dizzy, I would just cover my head with my hands, because I knew it was going to come down somewhere! I got better at it over time, but yes, it was scary.

@TheStig: I can bend my thumb at the first knuckle (nearest the nail) backwards 90 degrees! It actually used to come in handy to steady a pool cue!

I can do the knife scene from Aliens with my eyes closed.Of course not as fast as the android.
