May is National Stroke Awareness Month. Stroke is the leading cause of disability, and I can happen to anyone at any time. Remember to B.E.F.A.S.T. when dealing with stroke symptoms: Balance problems, Eye issues, Facial droop, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, Time to call 911. Spreading awareness can save lives and prevent disability.
