Why, Just Why? You know, there are several layers of stupid. And surely these folks are on the top rung. I cannot imagine in my mind, why anyone would pluck bear cubs out of a tree to take selfies. I'm like really? Then had mama bear come charging around the corner ripping one or two of them to shreds, first thing authorities would want to do is to put her down. Yet authorities said they will not be charged.
