CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON On April 15, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7400 block of FM 1960 Rd East. The driver was identified as Raonte McGowen. Further investigation revealed that he had two open Misdemeanor Warrants and that he was in possession of a loaded firearm and marijuana. "Raonte McGowen was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2." - Constable Mark Herman

Those are not actively often pursued unless happening across the suspect. He likely didn't even know of the warrants if misdemeanors.
