Deputies Apprehend Letrevion Payne for Felony and Misdemeanor WarrantsOn March 07, 2024, at 02:26 A.M., deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to 17900 block of Eagle Pass Falls Court in reference to a suspicious male attempting to burglarize vehicles at the location. Upon deputies arriving, they located the male and he was identified as Letrevion Payne. Further investigation revealed that he had an open Felony Warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and a Misdemeanor Warrant for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon."Letrevion Payne was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 183rd District Court and County Court 5." - Constable Mark Herman
