Constable Arrests Wanted Suspect for Harassing Communications

CONSTABLES ARREST A WANTED SUSPECT

On March 2, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5300 block of FM 1960 Road East in reference to a vehicle crash. Upon arriving, one of the driver's was identified as Charles Radford.

Further investigation revealed he had an open warrant for Harassing Communications out of Harris County.

"Charles Radford was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of County Court 3." - Constable Mark Herman

@SnoopSister : Tell me about it. This past two months (at least), I don't get several calls per week, I get several calls per DAY! I keep blocking numbers, but they keep coming in on different ones. It's gotten where it's driving me insane. I started turning my ringer off, and I don't like doing that.
