SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS

On January 22, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 4000 block of Oakrun Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the suspect involved was identified as Joe Miranda Jr.

Further investigation revealed he refused to leave the location after being asked to leave several times.

"Joe Miranda Jr was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 5." - Constable Mark Herman
