Moved here to be with my growing family, after living in Florida - and before that, Seattle. My family lives in Crosby and I like Atascocita, not too long a drive away from them.
Partially retired freelance writer - worked in broadcast news for 10 years, then PR in city government, as mayor's deputy press secretary - and as the spokeswoman for city departments and utilities. I still write about renewable energy, electric utilities, EVs and government.
Looking for a walking group and a book club.
