Successful Warrant Service Yields Arrest of Wanted Fugitive 
On July 18, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 3700 block of Will Clayton Parkway to execute a felony warrant on a wanted male, Joshua Gipson. Constable Deputies located, apprehended him and confirmed his eleven Felony Warrants for Forgery and Theft out of Louisiana. "Joshua Gipson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
