Constables Arrest Suspected Drunk Driver who was Over Twice the Legal Limit of Alcohol 
On July 11, 2023, a Lieutenant with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 4100 block of Atascocita Road in reference to a motor vehicle crash. The at fault driver was identified as Jimy Gomez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that his alcohol content was 0.182, over twice the legal limit "Jimy Gomez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 3." - Constable Mark Herman
