Suspect Arrested for his Fourth Driving While Intoxicated Offense 
On June 17, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 7700 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road W in reference to an unknown medical emergency. While on scene units located a vehicle in a ditch.
The driver was identified as Raymond Dominguez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed he had three prior convictions for DWI on his record. "Raymond Dominguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 209th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
