I actually need a tv, but haven't gotten one. Hopefully the one I was eyeing isn't sold out 😢

Last thing I need is a tv. There's one in every room but my bedroom. Well there's not one in the bathroom.

@MrsT : Every room but the bathroom, and I am sitting in our office with literally 5 screens in front of me. But, I will tell anyone that is planning on getting a big screen -- go for the Samsung. Honestly, we never thought it made a difference, but it does. We even have people that come over go, GD! that is one beautiful picture.

@MrsT : We have 1 and the screen is partially black. There's only 1 left of the one I wanted and it's already gone up in price. Think I'll just wait it out. The price was really good for the size. I would've gotten it last month, but didn't know what financial uncertainties lied ahead.

@Vinbert : That's me as well and they're Disney+ compatible. Had one in the 50s for under $300. Too good to pass up, but I did. Hopefully I come across a similar deal in the near future.

@eighteen : This one in particular we picked up on a Best Buy sale. Samsung 65 with the ultra 4k-- this was about 2 years ago, we paid like 699 and it included home delivery, so we never even had to go into the store. And you can still buy from Best Buy, it's all curbside now.

@eighteen : the exact same one we have is on sale right now at Best Buy for 550.

@AtascaGuy : Not by me! Still waiting! And frankly, that's the last thing I'd spend it on. Although I have wanted a projector and screen so we can watch movies while we're in the spa. Although, now, apparently, I have to pay another $350 to get the heater we just had installed to work correctly. So, there's that.

@Vinbert : Yep, I'm in a similar boat. We'll see what happens come Memorial Day weekend, or 4th of July sales.

@Vinbert : Same. Ours is sitting in savings, probably going towards paying down a credit card balance.

I have noticed some good prices advertised recently. Budget brands 55" for $250, 65" for $350, 70" for $450, and name brands for not much more, but I have no need for one unless the old one stops working.

That's exactly what happened with the checks given out for Hurricane Relief!

I don't need one I have a 19" Black & White that works just fine .

@AtascaGuy :Not for all businesses...Isn't "Best Buy" closed since it's not "essential"?....If so, they missed out big-time...
